Exterior foundation waterproofing 20 year warranty.
- Step 1 - Excavate along foundation wall to bottom of footing
- Step 2 - Clean and power wash foundation wall
- Step 3 - Epoxy patch all crevices
- Step 4 - Apply waterproof adhesive
- Step 5 - Apply rubber membrane, overlap seams and apply
membrane weld - Step 6 - Apply terminatin bar along top of membrane which is
always approx. 406" above ground - Step 7 - Apply sika corking along top of termination bar
